Capacity Building Training Program Underway at Abbottabad UST
Abbottabad, January 1, 2025 – A week-long training program titled "Capacity Building Training for University Management" is currently taking place at Abbottabad University of Science and Technology (UST) from December 30, 2024, to January 3, 2025.
The initiative, organized by the National Academy of Higher Education (NAHE) under the Higher Education Commission (HEC), is held in collaboration with Abbottabad UST’s Directorate of Quality Enhancement and Training. The program aims to enhance the skills and effectiveness of university management.
Dr. Saifullah Khan inaugurated the event, welcoming participants and introducing the resource person for the program’s third day, Mr. Muhammad Ali Khan, General Manager at the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Islamabad. On the third day, the module focused on "Leadership Policy and Strategy," offering valuable insights and strategies for improving leadership practices in higher education management.
