Call for Self-Assessment Reports — Academic Year 2026

Departments scheduled for self-assessment in the current cycle are requested to constitute their Programme Teams and submit Self-Assessment Reports.

Departments scheduled for self-assessment in the current cycle are requested to:

1. Constitute a Programme Team (PT) for each programme due for assessment and notify the Directorate of its composition.
2. Administer the relevant HEC proformas and compile the supporting evidence.
3. Submit the completed Self-Assessment Report to the Quality Enhancement Cell by the notified deadline.

The SAR template and the HEC Self-Assessment Manual are available on the Downloads page. The Directorate will conduct an orientation session for Programme Teams; the schedule will be circulated separately.
