The online Student Course Evaluation Questionnaire (Proforma 1) and Teacher Evaluation Form (Proforma 10) are open for all enrolled students.
All enrolled students are advised to complete the Student Course Evaluation Questionnaire (Proforma 1) and the Teacher Evaluation Form (Proforma 10) for every course registered in the current semester.
Responses are confidential. Individual responses are never shared with the teacher; only aggregated results are reported. Departments use these results in their annual monitoring and in the Self-Assessment Report of the programme.
Students facing difficulty in accessing the forms may contact the Quality Enhancement Cell.
